We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a key has been delivered, redeemed, or viewed, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request only under the following circumstances:
2.1 The Product is Non-Functional
If the product key or software you purchased is completely non-functional upon delivery and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours).
You must:
- Contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
- Provide proof of the issue (screenshots, error logs, or remote desktop access if necessary) to help us troubleshoot.
Exclusion: Refunds will not be granted if the issue is caused by your hardware, operating system incompatibility, third-party software interference (e.g., antivirus), or failure to follow installation instructions.
2.2 Duplicate Payment
If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error on our payment gateway, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
2.3 Undelivered Product
If you have not received your product key within 24 hours of payment confirmation and you wish to cancel the order before delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not grant refunds in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product.
- Incompatibility: You failed to check system requirements before purchasing.
- User Error: You are unable to install or use the software due to lack of technical knowledge.
- Bans or Suspensions: Your game account was banned or suspended while using our software. We are not responsible for account penalties.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke your license key(s).
- Ban your account and IP address from our Site.
- Report your details to fraud prevention databases.
We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any issues amicably before disputing a charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
